“What Kind of Leader Are You?” wins Gold in the “Fighting and Adapting to Climate Change (SPOT)” category at the Deauville Green Awards, the festival celebrating committed creativity.

Created for the Solar Impulse Foundation ahead of COP30 in Belém, the film makes the concept of efficiency accessible: an approach that is neither about frugality nor degrowth, but about sustainable progress.

Inspired by Bertrand Piccard’s world of exploration, the story shows how doing more with less can be a powerful driver of innovation.

To break away from traditional institutional codes, we adopted a hybrid visual language, combining collage, AI, kinetic typography and mixed media.

The result: a call to leaders to choose smart action over overconsumption.
