Krys and Carré Noir are revolutionising optical and hearing care with “twice”
From the moment you walk in, the tone is set. Hotspots showcase the latest innovations and most desirable products, just like in a concept store. Visitors can move freely between styles, brands, and worlds. On one side, more intimate spaces invite you to take your time. On the other, displays are designed as a shopping experience — more instinctive, more inspiring.
At the heart of the store, the Studio takes centre stage. A vibrant space where people can test, play, and discover. Face-shape styling, a lens bar, a photobooth, immersive experiences… healthcare becomes tangible, sensory, and almost playful.

“The central Krys Studio draws on familiar references to create an immediately accessible environment designed to invite discovery,” says Jennifer Lefort, Art Director at Carré Noir.
The first 350 sqm location has opened in Saint-Orens-de-Gameville, near Toulouse, marking the beginning of a profound transformation of the network, set to continue from 2027 onwards.
